I’m Maciek—a Polish-born creative lead with a decade-plus of experience spanning three countries. I thrive on collaborating with creatives, accounts, planners, and clients who share a singular vision: creating work that is insightful, rooted in culture, and in turn: effective.
Over the years, I’ve learned to move seamlessly between two worlds. I effectively lead teams and projects of every scale and geographical reach, but I’m just as happy rolling up my sleeves and getting hands-on with the creative process. From international toolkits to high-conversion retargeting; from award-winning festival showstoppers to the hardworking thumbstoppers; from humble wobblers to creative ecosystems that scale and flex in the ever-evolving media tapestry.
